چکیده
There is a great demand to develop different techniques for the continuous removal, immobilization, and remediation of metallic ions from contaminated water. Human contamination by could even occur ingestion seafood causing carcinogenic mutagenic activities. In this study, nanofibrous membrane poly (vinylidene fluoride-co-hexafluoropropylene) (PVDF-HFP) produced electrospinning technique coated with polyaniline (PAni) was tested removal chromium in low-concentration solutions. The viability ZFL cells (zebrafish liver cells) performed evaluate water quality enhancement after adsorption. results indicated that successfully adsorbed species (Qe= 2.44 mg/g, at pH 4.5, room temperature (RT) 24h) Freundlich model followed pseudo-second-order kinetics indicating possible chemisorption multilayers, RT [CrVI] = 5.0 mg/L. At 2.0 (24h, mg/L), around 91.64% CrVI contaminants. thermodynamic studies revealed process spontaneous exothermic. demonstrated efficiency aquatic ecosystem protection; increased 19.2% mg/L solution. Thus, study shows can be an alternative remove low concentration aqueous

Kinetic and thermodynamic control of protein adsorption.
Control of nonspecific protein adsorption is very important for the design of biocompatible and biomimetic materials as well as drug carriers. Grafted polymer layers can be used to prevent protein adsorption. We have studied the molecular factors that determine the equilibrium and kinetic control of protein adsorption by grafted polymer layers. We find that polymers that are not attracted to th...
متن کاملNanodimensional AlMCM-41 material for adsorption of dyes: Thermodynamic and kinetic studies
AlMCM-41 was applied for adsorption of methylene blue (MB) and auramine (AU) in single and binary component systems. In the single component systems, AlMCM-41 represents higher adsorption capacity for MB than AU with the maximal adsorption capacity of 2.07×10−4 and 1.15×10−4 mol/g at 25 ˚C for MB and AU, respectively. In the binary component system, MB and AU exhibit compe...

An agricultural waste and eco-friendly biosorbent i.e. rice husk has been used as a cheap adsorbentfor the removal of methylene blue dye from aqueous solutions. The physical properties of the developedadsorbent were characterized using FTIR. The study was realized using batch experiments. The effectsof contact time, pH, initial dye concentration, biosorbent dose and temperature were investigate...
متن کاملKinetic and thermodynamic studies of adsorption of 4-chloro-2-nitrophenol on nano- Ti02
Adsorption capacity of 4-chloro-2-nitrophenol (4C2NP) onto nano-Ti02 from aqueous solutions wasinvestigated in a batch system by considering the effects of various parameters like contact time, nano-TiO2 dosage, initial pH and initial 4C2NP concentration. Optimum conditions for 4C2NP adsorptionwere found to be initial pH z 2, nano-TiO2 closer- 0.01 g and equilibrium time 1 h. The adsorptionkine...
